  • Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include taxes.

  • Special Rates available for weekly and monthly stays.

  • 3 day minimum stay is required.

  • $50 one time cleaning fee.

  • Taxes: 11.42% (4.16% GET + 7.25% Lodgers Tax)

  • 2 night deposit is required to hold reservation.

  • Deposit is refundable 45 days in advance of arrival.
